I was now so healthy that I was on a plane and running in the New York marathon. My next big quest was to complete the London marathon which finished in 3 hours and 55 minutes. I was so elated that my heart was filled with thanks. I felt so fit I began traveling the world enjoying life to its fullest. My recreation became mountain biking, triathlons, karate, skiing, all of the things I had dreamed of doing since I was a girl.

My next step forward was to discover the brilliant work of Britain’s Fresh Network. A great group headed by Karen Knowler, a living food advocate who brings that fields  leaders and teachers from around the world to educate us here in England.   I learned about juicing and sprouting and became so enthusiastic that I surrendered my final vice, my monthly meal of fish. I began attending seminars and literally began eating up the information. As we all do, I experimented and refined the living food diet that suited me best. Nuts made me tired and fruit does not work in my system, I thrive on greens, sprouts, and wheatgrass. I became so enthralled with my own success I now conduct seminars all over my country teaching people how to take control of their food and lives.

My new project is to create a non-profit organization which will collect funds to send people to the Hippocrates Institute. I am incrementally studying in the Health Educator program so I can be a certified teacher of the Institute’s program. My wish is that every person could experience the level of health and happiness that is attained through employing the living food program. Anyone interested in joining me on my journey to help others can visit my website, [email protected] .
