Pilates offers a non-impact, full-body conditioning program that provides simultaneous stretching, strengthening and breathing. Every exercise is designed to use the core muscles (deep abdominal and back). These “core” muscles are the body’s center of power and control. If they are strong, the rest of the body will become more balanced. 50 minutes

Private Yoga

Yoga creates a sense of total well-being with stretching and strengthening to improve range of motion and coordination. Learn a breathing method designed to cleanse and strengthen the lungs, while oxygenating the blood. 50 minutes
