Trying to get more sprouts in your diet?

Sprouting is by far the least expensive and easiest way to get incredible nutrition and benefit from Mother Nature’s powers. We cannot emphasize enough the importance of sprouts in your diet! If you are seriously having trouble eating your sprouts or just want new ways to enjoy them, we have included some suggestions below. You can use any type of sprout: lentil, sunflower, buckwheat, clover, mung bean, broccoli or any of your liking.

  • Make a blended soup and add some sprouts.
  • Add them to any salad recipe you like. We mean ANY recipe. If the sprouts are large, chop them up small. You’ll never know they are in there!
  • Make a green wrap and put lots of sprouts inside.
  • Make nori rolls.
  • Juice and combine them with other juices such as cucumber and/or celery.
  • Skip the lettuce and make sprouts the bulk of your salad. Sunflower and pea greens (two powerhouse sprouts) make great bulky salad sprouts.
  • Any time you eat dehydrated crackers, eat sprouts with them. Add a little bit of sprouts with every bite of cracker or make mini sandwiches.

As your health grows, so will your taste for sprouts! And as your consumption of sprouts grow, so will your health!
