Fermented Foods

There are many cultures worldwide that consume plant-based fermented foods such as sauerkraut. One common thread that unifies these people is that they generally possess a longer life span than most.  Consuming these living, bacterially-rich, active foods build both pre and pro biotic intestinal flora that help to enhance digestion, elimination and, most importantly, the strength and numbers of your immune system cells.
