Sheila joined the program consultant team in 2009 and, since that time, has witnessed many guests turn around serious health challenges by changing their diet and lifestyle.  Her belief and trust in the Hippocrates Life Transformation Program is reinforced with each new story.  In her role managing the Program Consultant Office, Sheila’s mission is to help people understand they possess their own power to achieve optimal health.  In addition, Sheila is a yoga instructor; her weekly yoga classes are popular with guests, and she enjoys the opportunity to interact and share her “attitude of gratitude” during their time at Hippocrates.

Meredith Calero

Program Consultant

Meredeth came to Hippocrates as a Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga. This unique physical and meditative discipline is designed to activate the latent life-force energies within the body to live an extraordinary life. It is complimented by the Hippocrates approach of deep physical body cleansing, fitness, and biogenic foods. She instinctively gravitated towards with the plant-based lifestyle since the early age of ten, when she voluntarily became a vegetarian, despite her families concerns. She continued to refine her diet as she matured, first experimenting with veganism, then raw foods. This natural alignment with health led her to study Western Herbalism in Berkeley with renowned herbalist and founder of the Ohlone Herbal Center. Once she graduated to become an Herbal Consultant at the clinic, she realized many of her clients health concerns could be prevented through proper diet and lifestyle. To deeper her knowledge in this arena, she enrolled in the Hippocrates Health educator course in Spring of 2014 and has since been avidly living the lifestyle. She feels it is a true honor and calling for her to introduce others to this revolutionary approach to optimal wellness and would love to share that with you.

Steven Goldberg

Program Consultant

Originally from Baltimore Maryland, early on in life Steven had a passion to see the world and has traveled extensively. Initially this began when he joined the Marine Corps in 1981. Being stationed in Hawaii where Western Pacific deployments departed from, he got to see and experience many different cultures in Asia and Africa. When his tour was completed he also spent time in Europe and South America. To fund these excursions Steven worked mostly in the sales and marketing industry. He was also a massage therapist and is currently a Reiki practitioner. While living in Northern California, Steven was asked to volunteer by the communications director of Hippocrates, which he knew from a mutual friend, at a couple of speaking engagements by Hippocrates director, Brian Clement. At that time he was overseeing the operations of an organic farm and thought this would be a good time to get out of the mountains and get down to the city for the weekend. Little did he know the impact that day would have. After listening to Brian’s lecture and receiving several of his books for volunteering, he immediately became a raw vegan and has been so for the past three years. When he decided to move back to Florida, he knew that he had to work at Hippocrates after experiencing the incredible regeneration his mind and body went through. Initially, he was helping the communications director promote Brian’s speaking engagements in the Florida area and when the chance presented itself to work in the Program Consulting Office, he immediately seized the opportunity. He knew he could utilize the skills he has learned throughout his adult life to enlighten people on all the incredible effects that living a vegan lifestyle can have on one’s overall well-being. He feels that for the first time in his life he is promoting something that he believes in with all his heart and soul. He is a valued team member and plans to remain at Hippocrates for many years to come.
