Psychotherapy/Wellness Coaching

This modality integrates the health-enhancing functions of the mind and body by focusing exclusively on the strength of the person. Using progressive relaxation, guided imagery and creative visualization, the guide coaches you to take control of your wellness from a spiritual perspective. A personalized CD is recorded during the session and provided for private playback. 30 or 50 minutes; Series of three 50-minute sessions
