Antony has served Catholic Church Communities in India as well as in U.S. as a Catholic Priest/Minister for 12 years, and has had over 10 years of training in spiritual practices and spiritual counseling.  When he started his Psychotherapy career he started integrating some of the Eastern practices of meditation and Western practices of hypnotherapy to give his clients a unique experience of gaining inner freedom and promoting inner growth.

Antony’s non-conventional psychotherapy approach involves identifying and highlighting the strengths of the clients, through creative visualizations and affirmations.  He creates unique personalized meditations for individuals and couples (and records them for the future use of the clients) using progressive relaxation, guided imagery, and visualizations to address the various challenges people face – major diagnosis and complications, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, anger related issues, addictions, anxiety issues, and the like.

In order to facilitate stress management, Antony uses regression therapy (going back to one’s years of life), Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.  By allowing people to look at their past traumatic experiences from an observer’s point of view and by reframing every event from a spiritual perspective Antony has been able to help many to get over their emotional challenges with lasting results.  Through his mild, yet very insightful communication skills, Antony has had several guests react, like, “Among the many wonderful experiences at Hippocrates Health Institute, the sessions with you were the best, and I feel it was a crucial turning point in my recovery process.”
