Pam Blue completed her Master’s Degree in Education and launched a rewarding ten year career as both a private and public school teacher in South Florida. After witnessing the powerful results of CranioSacral Therapy with one of her young students and in her own life, she became inspired to change careers.
As of 2005, she began working at Hippocrates Health Institute as a massage therapist specializing in CranioSacral Therapy and Reflexology. While at the Institute, she had the privilege of returning to her love for education while teaching guests on the Life Transformation Program and students within the Health Educator Program. Her love for this living foods lifestyle continued to grow alongside her love for education and inspired her to become a Certified Hippocrates Health Educator. As of 2013, she became the Director of the Hippocrates Health Educator Program. In this position, she is able to unite health enthusiasts from all over the world and create a space where they can discover not only their own unique passion and purpose, but they feel empowered to develop a lifestyle where they love what they do and do what they love. This program is a 9 week experience in self-realization and empowerment that redefines education. Not only do the students take away information and knowledge, they reconnect to themselves and to their purpose. Pam also has the joy of working alongside her husband, Executive Chef Ken Blue, who she met and married right here at the Institute. Together they initiated a service offered at Hippocrates called Living Raw. This service aims to make it both convenient and affordable for people to continue living the Hippocrates lifestyle. People from the local community as well as local alumni are encouraged to participate and get all the ingredients necessary to make the World Famous Hippocrates Health Institute Green Juice in as economical and easy way as possible. Being able to enjoy freshly made green juice (50% organic vegetables and 50% sprouts) is one of the main aspects of the Hippocrates Lifestyle.
Pam’s favorite form of exercise is dancing and belly dance is her most favorite. She performs at Hippocrates every 3rd Friday along with her teacher, Dawn Rhys of Imperial Belly Dance Theatre and her troupe Gypsy Fire. The belly dance performance is a fun compliment to the delicious raw dinner “Feast of the Middle East” so lovingly created by her husband, Chef Ken and the Hippocrates kitchen staff. Pam is truly one of the greatest cheerleaders for the Hippocrates Lifestyle and continues to see the benefits of engaging in a living foods lifestyle on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
Efficient, organized, knowledgeable, kind and caring are all words that describe Pam Blue and her work as Director of the Hippocrates Health Institute, Health Educator Program. I have had the wonderful privilege of working with Pam as the Health Educator Program Instructor for two years. Her incredible dedication and commitment to the students and to the various instructors that teach them is amazing. She is an excellent teacher as well as coordinator of programs. Pam sincerely follows and lives the Hippocrates Lifestyle and has the students’ best interest at heart. She is truly a tremendous asset to the Hippocrates Health Institute.
