It’s a Lifestyle, Not a Diet

Nearly every fad diet that has emerged over the past two decades has attempted to convince consumers that some combination of denatured foods can still be consumed painlessly and even beneficially. This manipulation reached new heights of absurdity during the 1990s with the introduction of almost nine hundred “low-carb” products by food-processing companies.

With all due respect to the mostly well-meaning creators of these diet programs, their complicated mazes of formulations are designed to create dietary compromises, not abundant health. Their emphasis on taste and false satisfaction rather than fuel and energy encourages poor food habits and addictions that keep us on a slippery slope headed toward illness, disease, and needlessly shortened life-spans. What ultimately undermines all of these diets in the long run—and all the philosophies of healthful living these diets are supposedly based on—is the continued consumption of meat and/or dairy products and the absence of a comprehensive exercise plan.



We always ask our guests if their problems stem from the food in their life or the lack of life in their food. In our experience, the answer is always both. The Hippocrates Life Transformation Program is effective at regulating weight because its primary source of nutrients is unprocessed, unheated, high-protein, living, vegetarian cuisine. Unlike commercial diets, our Life Transformation Program of living food includes the most protein-rich and least sugar-based carbohydrate cuisine in existence today.

We have found that although genetics affects everyone in some way, weight is predetermined for fewer than 1 percent of us, and even then, in most cases, it can be significantly modified.

The formula is simple: eat raw, organic, living food and you will lose weight.

Almost everyone experiencing a weight problem can benefit simply by eliminating harmful habits. Even a modest weight loss can bestow considerable health benefits, according to Christie Ballantyne, a cardiologist with the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, who did a study that found that a one-month decrease of just 7 percent of body fat returned blood pressure to near normal, minimized triglycerides by 40 percent, and reduced ventricular inflammation by up to one-third.
