Ingredients for the salad:

1 Bunch Asparagus – cut the tips and slice on a bias

2 Cups Cremini Mushrooms, quartered

1/2 Sliced Onion

2 Red Peppers, julienned

Ingredients for the dressing:

2 oz. Lemon Juice

2 Cloves Garlic

1 Tbsp. Dried Thyme

1 Tbsp. Dried Oregano

1/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper

1/4 Tsp. Kelp Powder

6 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions: Blend the dressing ingredients till creamy. Toss with salad ingredients. Enjoy!
