During the Russian space station ,program experiments were made studying the effects of recycled water on the cosmonauts. They found that this water was not adequately hydrating them. Further research showed that any type of filtration or purification of H20 was diminishing some quality related to it being properly absorbed by the cells. On the contrary, water taken directly from natural sources, i.e., a stream, spring or lake, hydrated the body effectively. They explored the difference. The scientists proceeded to identify that the quality that allowed cells to better absorb the water from natural sources was an energetic component; they termed it "hydro-plasma."
