Ingredients:

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Cup of Kimchi

Technique:

  1. Juice your Kimchi and set it aside.
  2. Slice your avocados and place them in a high speed blender.
  3. Add a few teaspoons of the liquid and blend.
  4. Continue to fold in the juiced kimchi until you read your desired level of heat.
  5. Use any unused portion of the juiced kimchi for a salad dressing or sauce.
  6. Enjoy your spicy mayo!
