Ingredients:

3 C. Green Juice (we recommend a blend of sunflower sprout, pea sprout, cucumber, and celery)

1 C. Chopped Celery

1 C. Chopped Cucumber

1/4 C. Chopped Red Onion

1/2 Avocado

2 C. Chopped Fresh Herbs

1 T. Fresh Lemon Juice

Kelp Powder, To Taste

Garlic and Ginger, Optional

Braggs Aminos or Nama Shoyu, Optional

Technique:

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.

2. Blend well, and season to taste.

3. Serve immediately.
