Hemp seeds have an excellent balance of Omegas 3 and 6, and to top it off hemp seeds also provide us with all essential amino acids making them a complete protein! Hemp milk is exceptionally creamy and rich.

Yield 7-8 cups. Stir if separation occurs, keeps in a fridge for 3 days.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Organic Shelled Hemp Seed

5 Cups Filtered Water

Technique:

  1. Combine shelled hemp seeds and water in a high speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 20 seconds.
  3. Remove the pulp by straining through a nut milk bag. (You can save your pulp for later to make a dehydrated cracker or crust)
  4. Serve it up and enjoy!
