Nut Milk

This Nut Milk is protein packed and delicious, try it after your next workout!

Yield 7-8 Cups

Ingredients:

2 Cups Raw Almonds (or nuts/seeds of your choice) Soaked Overnight

5 Cups Filtered Water

Optional: Cinnamon

Technique:

1. Rinse the soaked almonds well and place in a high speed blender.

2. Add water.

3. Blend on high for 20 seconds.

4. Remove the pulp by straining through a nut milk bag.

5. Optional: Garnish with cinnamon.

Stir if separation occurs. Keeps in a refrigerator for 3 days.
