Jiaogulan (pronounced “gee-ow-goo-lan”) is a sweet tasting green leafy plant from the squash family. It has many of the same medicinal properties as Ginseng. In China, jiaogulan is known as “The Herb of Immortality” because of its powerful adaptogenic properties and legendary ability to boost the immune system and reverse premature aging.
