If you sprout too many wheat berries for your wheatgrass, you can substitute them from the Kamut!

“Fried Rice”

2 C. Kamut (soaked and sprouted)
2 Oz. Sliced Scallions
1 Oz. Finely Diced Red Onion
1.5 Oz. Small Diced Carrot
2 Oz. English Peas

Sesame Ginger Dressing:
1/4 C. Lemon Juice
1.5 in. Fresh Ginger Root
1/4 C. Raw Sesame Oil or
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Large Clove of Garlic
1 Tsp. Kelp Powder
1 Pinch Cayenne

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Combine the dressing and the grain mixture.
3. Season to taste.
