Ready to kick your salad up a notch? Explore spice with this zesty Cajun Collards recipe.

For the salad, your preferred amount of:

Collards (chiffonade cut)

Sliced Onion

Sliced Carrot

For the dressing (keep any left over for tomorrows salad):

2.5 Red Bell Peppers, Roughly Chopped

2 oz. Lemon Juice

1.5 Cloves Garlic

1.5 TBSP Frontier Pizza Seasoning

7 Drops Stevia

1/4 TSP Kelp Powder

7 oz. Raw Organic Tahini

Organic Cajun Spices to level of desired heat


  1. In a blender, combine all dressing ingredients except tahini.
  2. Blend well, then add tahini and blend again.
  3. Dress the salad ingredients and top with dehydrated pecans!
