Detox Lemonade

We all know how important it is to stay hydrated especially when trying to stay physically active and shed a few pounds. Try our Detox Lemonade! It's perfectly sweet, free from sugar,  and is accompanied with a little extra kick of cayenne pepper. Start your morning with it this week!


  • 8 oz water
  • 2.5 ml (1.5 tsp.) fresh lemon juice
  • 8 drops stevia
  • 1 slice lemon
  • 1 slice lime
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (or to taste)


Pour water in a glass. Add fresh lemon juice and stevia.

Lightly squeeze slices of lemon and lime and add to the water.

Mix well to combine. Drink.
