Baby Bok Choy with Mushrooms
- 3 C. Baby Bok Choy, Chopped
- 1 C. Shiitake Mushroom Caps, Sliced
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Julienne
- 1/4 C. Black Radish, Shredded
- 1 C. Broccoli, Chopped
- 2 T. Raw Sesame Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic, Pressed
- 1 T. Fresh Ginger, Grated
- 1 Tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Braggs Aminos, Dulse, or Kelp Granules (optional, to taste)
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well and season to taste. Serve.
- Optional: Add curry powder for an excellent twist!
