Here are two easy recipes as you transition to a more raw plant-based diet!

Mixed Greens Salad

3 Tbsp. flax seed oil

1 lemon, juiced

1 Tbsp. chopped red onion

1 red pepper – chopped

1 Tsp Bragg’s liquid aminos

2 cloves garlic – chopped

Pinch ground celery seeds

½ tsp. cumin seeds

Parsley or cilantro (optional)

6 cups assorted edible greens, washed and torn into bite-size pieces.

Assorted sprouts – sunflower sprouts, pea sprouts, clover sprouts

In a small bowl–using a wire whisk or a fork–combine the oil, lemon juice, onion, Bragg’s liquid aminos, celery seeds and parsley until the dressing becomes thick. In individual salad bowls, place the greens and sprouts. Top with dressing. Serves three.
