Yield: 2 to 4 servings
If you like nutty-tasting salad dressings, this recipe is for you.
2 cups raw pecans, soaked 12 hours
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup sliced red onions
2 to 3 garlic cloves
Cucumber juice or water
Bragg Liquid Aminos (optional)
Drain and rinse the pecans. Transfer to a blender along with the parsley, onions, and garlic. Gradually add just enough cucumber juice to facilitate processing; the mixture should be smooth and creamy. Season with Bragg Liquid Aminos to taste.
