You can complete it in your own time, and the program is 100% online. 

On average, it will take 90-days to complete the program. Some finish sooner, some take longer. There is currently now over 60+ hours of content, which we suggest you complete in 3-6 months.
We are planning Level II to be made and released this year as another online program offering. Level III will be a fully immersive experience on campus at Hippocrates Resort. 
This is a certification program, at each level you will receive a certification in The Living Foods, Healing Diet of the Hippocrates Health Institute.

Ken Blue

Ken has been involved in food since he was old enough to work in his Grandfathers restaurant.  He currently works as the Executive Chef at Hippocrates Health Institute, a position he has cherished since 2003.  He teaches classes both to guests of the Institute and the local community on living food preparation, proper food combining, tai chi and qigong, and is currently working on his Doctorate at the International College of Medical Qigong.

Eddie Grosman

Eddie Grosman has always been a foodie and a health enthusiast. When he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, his passion turned into a mission. Eddie studied as a professional chef and turned his expertise into food as medicine. He is a private chef who specializes in aiding the recovery process. His recipes are fun, and delicious.
