As I watched the slow-moving, out-of shape people milling around the terminal, it made me realize that they make up a good part of the 80 percent who are referred to by statistics as not physically active. They are the same ones who excuse their inactivity by saying that they are always busy and have no spare time for exercise. Interestingly enough, I noticed that these people had developed fine muscles in their fingers and hands from pushing elevators and hugging escalator rails.

There are many places and opportunities to build a healthy body as there are places of entertainment. Do you recall the TV show
