Most traditional ketchup’s are loaded with sugars (usually high fructose), so what’s a better option when trying to be wellness minded and watch your weight? Try Executive Chef Ken Blue’s recipe for our famous Red Pepper Ketchup. You won’t miss the sugary contents of the plastic bottle one bit.

Red Pepper Ketchup

2 C. Chopped Red Bell Pepper
2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
¼ C. Chopped Red Onion
1 Pinch Ground Clove
1/8 C. Chopped Red Beet
2/3 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 T. Paprika
1½ T. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 T. Ground Flax Seed
¼ Tsp. Liquid Stevia Extract
1 T. Celery Powder*(or 1 stalk of celery)
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
2. Blend well and season to taste.
*Celery powder is made by dehydrating celery, then grinding it to a powder
using a spice grinder or dry blender.
