Searching for complimentary health care I finally came upon the Hippocrates Wellness, which has the longest history of any center in North America. Frightened, I got on the plane and ended up in West Palm Beach. Shaken to the core and feeling alone I rendered up enough energy and courage to begin the procedural part of body mind healing. The raw vegetarian, positive attitude and awakened spirituality approach was foreign to me but reeked of truth and possibility. After staying for several weeks I arrived back home to a fully supportive son and daughter. My son, a serious hobbyist in cuisine, found a way to gourmet-ify raw living foods. Before I knew it what at first was a struggle became a pleasure. My blood test cancer markers continued to increase with perpetual pessimism from my physician although at the same time they admitted they did not have much to offer. Thank God my options were limited as I followed through until my prognosis a decade ago became clear of cancer.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle in an unhealthy world is certainly an undertaking, but when you cherish your life and create a very clear reason for living I am convinced that there is nothing that we cannot accomplish. Let me hope that my experience will render up enough strength and action in your life so that you can reach those so-called unreachable goals that are often synthetically placed in front of us.
